Find the Right Visa for you
Visitors entering the Republic of Korea (ROK) must hold a valid passport and visa to enter the country. Nationals of visa waiver or visa-free countries may enter the country without a visa for tourism purposes only. However, nationals or citizens of 50 countries/regions are permitted visa-free entry for a limited period after applying for K-ETA. In order to check whether you are allowed to enter Korea without visa issuance and for other requirements, please check following information.

Invitation Letter
- Visa applications are the sole responsibility of the participant and the Invitation Letter we provided is intended to assist travel and visa arrangements for registered participants.
- To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process.
- After completing your registration, if you need an invitation letter, please download and fill out the ‘Request Letter of Invitation’ and send it via email to smb2024@smb2024.org.
※ Please note that KSMB-SMB 2024 SEOUL will not issue guarantee letters to participants for visa purposes under any circumstances.
