Guidelines for abstract submission
Contributed talks
A contributed talk will last 20-25 minutes in duration, with an additional 5-10 minutes for discussion. We only accept contributed talks for in-person presentation.
Posters
The organizing committee organize a poster session in-person.
Posters should be in A0 format and portrait layout is recommended.
There is no template provided for the physical posters.

- Abstracts may be submitted for an talk or poster presentation. Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to suggest changes from talk to poster presentation and vice versa.
- The registration as a conference participant must be done at a later time, after the acceptance date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only those who have signed up as members can submit abstracts, and please note that abstracts cannot be processed until payment is completed.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. By submitting an abstract, the submitting author attests that the abstract submitted has been approved by all coauthors.
- Presenters will be informed of the outcome of their submission via email sent exclusively to the e-mail address of the author responsible for the presentation.
- If the abstract is submitted, it shall be deemed to have agreed to its publication.
