Speakers’ Presentation File Submission
All Speakers are requested to upload the presentation file by June 26, 2024. The submission is only available in the abstract submitters’ My Page, and click the ‘Presentation Submission’ on Submission Management on the My Page. The submission files can only be in PPT and PDF format.
Preview Room
All speakers are required to visit the preview room at least 1 hour before to upload the final version of presentation file and also the check the presentation material works well.

Presentation Guidelines
  • Location : Sanghuh Hall, Konkuk University
  • Session Schedule
    • Allocated presentation time : A typical talk session will have 5 speakers last 100 mins (15 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A), but the format can be flexible in exceptional cases.
    • To have an equal opportunity for each speaker, please keep the time.
    • Please arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before session begins, inform the staff of your arrival, and preferably take a seat in the front row or the second row.
  • Presentation File Format
    • We strongly recommend using Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF(recommended aspect ratio is 16:9).
    • Use standard fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, Verdana
  • Equipment in the Session Room
    • Computer running Windows
      * Using personal laptops and Macs is not recommended due to additional time needed for computer setup.
         Please refrain from using personal laptops and Macs for everyone’s convenience.
    • Projector and Screen, Wired Microphone
