All researchers and research groups are welcome to submit a Minisymposia session proposal to chair a session at the KSMB-SMB2024 SEOUL.

- Call for Minisymposia Session Opens : October 20, 2023
- Deadline of Minisymposia Session Proposal : January 29, 2024
- Deadline of Abstract Submission : March 31, 2024
- Deadline of Speaker Registration : April 30, 2024
MS Session Proposal Guidelines
- Please submit your session proposal through the online submission system.
- For an MS proposal, one can create an account to log into the system and submit the following:
- Title of session
- Session organizer info (name, affiliation, email etc)
- Abstract of session
- Speaker info (names, affiliations, emails etc),
- Title of talk for each speaker, and
- Relevant subgroups for the session topic
- A typical MS session will have 5 speakers last 100 mins (20 mins per speaker including questions/answers), but the format can be flexible in exceptional cases.
For example, an MS session could have 4 speakers instead of 5, assigning 25 mins per speaker.
- An MS organizer (or organizers) can propose multiple sessions as well.
For example, one can propose 15 speakers with the same research topic.
In this case, if accepted, this MS session will be split into 3 sessions with 'I', 'II' and 'III' at the end of the session title.
¡Ø In principle, only one abstract submission is allowed per presenter.
However, presenters can have up to Two talks in different Minisymposia Sessions with different titles.

- The session proposer should submit a list of the chair and speakers.
- The number of speakers : min. 4,5 to max. 8,9,10 or 12,13,14,15
* The speakers¡¯ combination should be 4+4, 4+5, or 5+5.
- The chair & speaker of the accepted sessions should complete the early-bird registration.
- The program committee may reject the proposed session if the session topic is not suitable.
