CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be sent to the smb2024@smb2024.org in written form. Refund will be made after the event according to the next policy:

  • Before April 30, 2024 : Full refund (except 50USD administration costs)
  • Between May 1 and May 31, 2024 : 50% refund
  • After June 1, 2024 : No refund

Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
