   •  By April 8   : MS Abstract Submission Extension Deadline
   •  By April 30 : Speaker Registration Deadline
   •  In April      : Preliminary Program Announcement

         * Deadlines are until the end of the day, 23:59 (GMT+9, Korean time)

Important Notice
   For All:
     • You should use ONLY ONE email address for signing up, submitting abstracts, and registering 
       to avoid omission of your abstracts.
     • You can't submit on behalf of someone else using your own email.
     • Only MS Session Proposal listed speakers can submit abstracts.
 
   For Session Organizers:
     • If there are any changes to speaker information from when the MS session was proposed,
       you can make edits until April 8th.
     • Please update speaker information, including additions, changes, and presentation order.
          * My Page => Minisymposia Proposal => Edit
     •  If the abstract title of the MS session proposal and the abstract submitted by the speakers,
        we will use the titles submitted by the speakers.
 
   For Speakers:
     • Please double check that you submit your session correctly.
     • If you submit the same abstract twice, please delete the incorrectly submitted abstract.
          * My page => Submission Management => Delete
     • If you mistakenly submit to a different session, please edit.
          * My Page => Submission Management => Edit => Select your session  => Save
