    • Checkpoint before booking

    • Accommodation dates are set for check-in on June 30 and check-out on July 6(6 nights).
      • Check-in time : 14:00 on June 30, Check-out time : 12:00 on July 6
    • Rooms are double occupancy, and room allocation may be randomly assigned by the secretariat.
      If you have someone to share the room with, please each indicate in the respective special request when making a reservation.
    • Please note that rooms are allocated separately by gender.
    • Cleaning services are not provided during the stay.
    • A room access card is provided, and there is a penalty of KRW10,000 for loss and reissue.
    • Items not provided in the guidelines must be prepared by the individual.
